BRAND STORY
The Table At is a quarterly gathering that brings together female founders, women in leadership and emerging powerhouses to connect over great food and conversation. For this special Summer Solstice edition, the brief was simply the theme itself – Summer Solstice – creating an opportunity to celebrate the longest day of the year through an immersive dining experience centred around connection, storytelling and shared experiences.

OUR INTERPRETATION
Inspired by the Summer Solstice, we created a concept that transformed a corporate boardroom into a dreamy golden meadow inspired by the longest day of the year.
Drawing on wild meadows, sunlit grasses, golden flowers and ancient stone circles, the tablescape celebrated midsummer, abundance and the joy of gathering together. A seven-metre installation of wispy grasses rose gently towards the centre of the table, where a mid-table burst of golden flowers represented the sun at its highest point before softening away again towards either end.
Alongside the floral styling, we introduced a series of thoughtful details designed to encourage conversation and connection between guests, including Summer Solstice oracle cards, bespoke menus and place settings, and sun-inspired keepsake fans for guests to take home.
Designed and pre-made off site, the entire installation was transformed and styled within a one-hour installation window, demonstrating our ability to create immersive experiences under tight timescales and within challenging environments.
From concept to installation, every element was carefully considered to create an immersive and atmospheric dining experience that felt both thoughtful and memorable.
